EZ Rentals and Leasing LLC ("EZ Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have, including specific disclosures for our text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. This Policy applies to our website www.ezrentalsandleasing.com, our rental and leasing services, and our text messaging program.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number (including mobile number)

• Driver's license information and other identity verification details

• Insurance information

• Payment information (processed by our payment processor)

• Employment information if you apply for a job through our Site

• Pages you visit on our Site and time spent on each page

• Referring website and general location (city and state) derived from your IP address

We may receive information from third parties such as identity verification services, credit reporting agencies, and your mobile carrier (for messaging delivery). We use this information to verify your identity, process rentals and leases, and operate our services.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, fulfill, and manage your rental, lease, or vehicle purchase

• Communicate with you about your reservation, account, payments, and customer service matters

• Send text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 3)

• Send promotional offers and marketing messages where you have consented

• Verify your identity and prevent fraud

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

• Improve our Site, services, and customer experience

When you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, the fact and time that you opted in, the method of opt-in (website form or in-person rental/lease agreement), and records of messages sent to and received from you.

We use your mobile number and SMS data to send you the message types you opted in for — booking and rental confirmations and reminders, payment reminders and receipts, pickup and return notices, and promotional offers — and to operate, secure, and improve the messaging program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only sharing of mobile information is with subcontractors that support the messaging service — for example, our SMS platform provider (Twilio) and mobile carriers — strictly for the purpose of delivering messages to you.

You can opt out of our text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information in Section 11. After you opt out, we will not send you further marketing or transactional text messages unless you opt in again, except we may send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

We share your information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, insurance verification services, IT providers, and our text messaging platform (Twilio). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

• Business partners: Insurance companies, roadside assistance providers, and similar partners as needed to fulfill your rental or lease.

• Legal and safety: Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EZ Rentals, our customers, or the public.

• Business transfers: A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated in Section 3.3, we do not share SMS opt-in data, consent, or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable security measures.

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic and improve your experience, as noted in the cookie banner on our Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some features of the Site work.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

• State privacy rights: If you are a resident of a state with additional privacy rights (such as California or Virginia), you may have the right to request additional information about how we process your data, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing. Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the Effective Date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Please review this page periodically.
